Just Two Quick Steps to Become an Appraiser Law Client

The details of the services and cost of Appraiser Law are covered on the About Appraiser Law page. If you’re ready to sign up, there are just two steps.

The first step is to submit the short questionnaire below. I need to review it and check for potential conflicts of interest (the main one is that I cannot ethically represent two parties adverse to each other).

If that’s in order, the second step is that I will then email you an Appraiser Law Engagement Agreement. This agreement will state the annual fee and spell out the services (as shown on the About Appraiser Law page). Appraiser Law will become effective upon payment of the fee by credit card (or you can mail a check).

This questionnaire is only for prospective appraiser clients in California and Washington. Other clients such as large appraisal firms and management companies should view the Christensen Law Firm’s general site www.valuationlegal.com.

You are not obligating yourself to anything by submitting the questionnaire. If you have questions or have an urgent legal matter, please email peter@valuationlegal.com.
